Za’taar Spice:
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
1 Tbsp. sumac
1 Tbsp. ground cumin,
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
Stir in 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper.
